No. PenSoft runs entirely in the browser; there is no download, installation or licence file. You open your account and start drawing straight away — desktop, tablet or phone, it makes no difference.
Yes. PenSoft is not locked to a single brand. Whichever brand you sell, the drawing and the quotation carry that brand’s logo. 44 profile brand logos come ready; when a customer asks for a different system, you quote it in the same studio with prices.
You enter dimensions from outside to outside; the drawing’s geometry handles the rest. Profile linear metres (lm), glazing square metres (m²), hardware counts and weight update live as you draw, then multiply by unit prices to become a clean quotation. Add a mullion and consumption goes up; delete a division and it comes down — nothing is estimated.
Frame-and-sash systems at 60, 70, 75, 80 and 85 mm; single-, double- and triple-track sliding; heavy-sash Hebeschiebe (lift & slide) and fully opening bi-fold doors. In every system you can place unlimited frames, sashes, mullions and doors, and you set the order and the price yourself.
Yes — and this is unique to PenSoft. You can draw several windows side by side on one sheet, and make one a standard casement while the next is a slider. You apply the threshold only to the windows that need it; dimensions and take-off follow automatically.
27 ready colours are included — from white and cream to anthracite and matt black, from golden oak to wenge wood-effect foils. The list extends without limit; every colour becomes separate stock and a separate price, and the quotation line is named after the colour (e.g. “Frame profile — Anthracite”). The colour difference flows into the total automatically.
Hardware brands such as Roto, Kale, Fornax, GU, Vorne, Accado and Aubi come ready in the catalogue, and every item is available in three sizes. You can add your own brands and size variants without limit.
Yes. Coupling profiles, architraves, sub-frames, marble sills, thresholds and roller shutters (slat/box/motor) appear in colour on the drawing and are included in the quotation with their quantities. The shutter box automatically reduces the clear height of the window. Single, triple and special glazing are supported.
Prices come entirely from your own stock list; the catalogue is shared but the price is specific to your company. You produce the quotation in EUR, USD or TRY with discount and VAT settings as an illustrated PDF, and send it to the customer over WhatsApp in one click.
Yes. In the multi-user setup your team shares one catalogue; customers, orders and window items are stored in the cloud. Everyone has access from anywhere, on any device.
